The IAMPowerful Guided Meditation Event with The Orthodontists Specialists

What a great opportunity to work with these beautiful orthodontists to experience an IAMPowerful Guided Meditation as well as Savitri Pranayama breathing techniques.

IAMPowerful has been selected to be the resident wellness expert for all future training courses at The Orthodontist Specialists.

The first IAMPowerful meditation has been recorded professionally and ready to sell. It was an exciting day to listen to the IAMPowreful music which has been created for all future IAMPowerful meditations. Watch this space.

A new collaboration for the meditations in Fulmer ! Introducing Lisa on her crystal sound bowls. The vibrational sound therapy helps to further soothe the nervous system whilst helping to heal the body.

Developing Spiritual Awareness

A fabulous morning of inspired conversation with Scott Campbell…. We spoke one of my greatest passions - life, spiritual awareness, those amazing events that happen in life which helps us grow a little more, open our eyes a little more and appreciate the essence of life a little more.

But whilst we were in the sharing mode, I chose to share something that I’ve kept hidden for years. Maybe it’s time to make myself fully visible in order to support and assist with people’s own self discovery.
