That you won't ignore the warning signs. That you'll speak up for yourself. That you'll stop putting everyone else's needs before your own. And yet, somehow, you find yourself back in a familiar place.
Perhaps you recognise yourself in one of these experiences.
- Relationships. You keep finding yourself in similar relationships, wondering why the same feelings and situations keep resurfacing.
- Self-worth. You know you have so much to offer, yet you still question whether you're good enough.
- Repeating patterns. You recognise what's happening, but knowing that something isn't right has not been enough to change it.
- Boundaries. You know when you want to say no, but guilt, fear or the need to keep the peace makes you say yes.
- Identity. You've spent so long being who everyone else needs you to be that you're no longer sure what you want for yourself.
You don't have to identify with every one of these experiences. But if something here feels familiar, it may be time to explore what's underneath it.

We all have experiences that shape us. But it isn’t only what happened that stays with us. It’s what we felt, what we made it mean and what we came to believe because of it.
Over time, those beliefs can influence how we behave, the choices we make, the relationships we have including with ourselves and the patterns we repeatedly find ourselves in.
Eventually, something that began as a response to an experience can become so familiar that we simply think:
“That’s just who I am.”
But is it?
What happened → what I felt → what I made it mean → what I came to believe → how I’ve behaved because of it → what I’ve repeatedly created → who I now believe myself to be.
For example:
What happened:
I grew up feeling that love and approval came when I was easy, helpful and didn’t cause problems.
What I felt:
Anxious about upsetting people, rejected when someone was unhappy with me, and responsible for keeping the peace.
What I made it mean:
My needs are less important than other people’s.
What I came to believe:
To be loved, I have to please people.
How I’ve behaved because of it:
I say yes when I want to say no. I avoid difficult conversations. I over explain myself. I tolerate things that don’t feel right.
What I’ve repeatedly created:
Relationships where I give too much, feel unseen, become resentful and eventually feel exhausted.
Who I now believe myself to be:
“I’m just someone who puts everyone else first.”
“I’m not good at boundaries.”
“I’m too sensitive.”
But that isn’t necessarily isn't who you are. It may be who you've learnt to become.
This is where The IAMPowerful Method begins.
Not by telling you who you should become, but by helping you understand who you learnt to BE and WHY
Because when you can see the experiences, meanings, beliefs and patterns that have shaped you, you can begin to question what still defines you and what no longer does. These self-realising moments is what helps to start the transformative "know thy self" journey.
But until you can see it, you cannot change it. This is why repeat patterns continue.
The IAMPowerful Method gives you the formula to see it.
- To understand what shaped you.
- To heal what you still carry.
- And to consciously choose how you want to live and define yourself now.
UNDERSTAND. HEAL. EMBODY.
Together, we explore the connection between experience, emotion, meaning, belief, behaviour, pattern and identity.
Level 1 Understand
See what has shaped you.
Awareness is where the journey begins.
It helps you recognise the experiences, emotions, beliefs and patterns that may have been influencing the way you think, feel and behave often without you realising it.
Because you cannot change what you cannot see.
Level 2 Heal
Put down what you no longer need to carry.
Once you can see the pattern, the next step is to understand what you are still holding onto.
Release is about loosening the emotional weight, outdated protection and beliefs that may once have helped you cope, but are no longer helping you move forward. It is not about forgetting. It is about releasing.
Free yourself from what has been.
Forgiveness is not about excusing what happened, removing boundaries or pretending something did not matter.
It is about reducing the hold the past still has over you.
That may mean forgiving someone else, asking for forgiveness forgiving yourself, or simply choosing not to let an old wound continue defining your present.
Level 3 Embody
Interrupt the pattern.
Understanding and healing matter but change becomes real when you begin doing something differently.
Breakthrough is where you start challenging the automatic responses, behaviours and choices that have kept the old pattern alive.
This is where insight starts becoming action.
Create a new way of responding.
A breakthrough opens the door. Shift helps you walk through it.
This chapter is about strengthening new beliefs, behaviours, boundaries and choices until they begin to feel more natural, more aligned and more like the person you want to be.
This is where change starts to become lived experience.
Know who you are AND live in alignment with it.
Identity brings the journey together.
After seeing what defined you, releasing what you carried, forgiving what held you, breaking old patterns and creating new responses, the final question becomes:
Who am I now?
This chapter is about self-trust, alignment, boundaries, values and consciously choosing how you want to live, rather than continuing to define yourself by what happened to you.
The result is not perfection. But it is greater clarity, more self confidence, emotional freedom and the desire to live more in alignment with yourself. This inspires inner peace, inner contentment, balance, joy, love, self kindness and compassion plus the ability to be more powerful!
The question is - do you want to keep living from what happened to you, or are you ready to understand it, heal it and choose differently?”
If something in you recognises this, that is where Awareness begins.
Begin with Awareness.
We begin with a personal conversation about what you are experiencing, what feels difficult and what you would like to be different.
Together, we explore connections between your experiences, emotions, beliefs and familiar responses. Depending on your needs, the session may also include guided reflection, breathing, IAMPowerful guided meditation and/or non-touch energy healing.
You leave with an Awareness exercise to continue your reflection at home and a clearer understanding of what we can work on together.
Level 1: Awareness — £80.
Session length: 60mins
Available in person or online.
You begin by booking Level 1: Awareness. Before continuing, we discuss the next level and agree your booking together.
The complete six chapter journey costs £480, organised into three levels. Each level is paid separately:
If additional sessions would be helpful, we discuss and agree these with you first. Additional integration sessions cost £80 each.
